K-2nd Grade | 12:30pm-1:30pm 3rd-5th Grade | 2:00pm-3:00pm
Try this hour long make and take class for two different age ranges. Each class is inspired by a different exhibit or artwork on display at the museum.
August 29 | Particles of Dust
Students will learn about a sculpture on display called This Particle of Dust by Jacob Hashimoto. They will create a work of art inspired by this piece.
September 26 | Suchitra Mattai
Students create a work inspired by our newest exhibit Bodies and Souls by Suchitra Mattai.
October 24 | Noble Collection
Students create a work inspired by an antiquities exhibit pulled from the Noble Collection.
November 21 | Alma Thomas
Students create a work inspired by an artist on display named Alma Thomas.
December 19 | Vaughn Spann
Students create a work inspired by our exhibit called Allegories by Vaughn Spann
